Based on the Lu school cuisine of Shandong Province, renowned for its seafood and vinegars, and with influences from Sichuan Province, famous for its fiery spices and peppers, the menu at Hutong artfully captures the subtlety and surprises of Northern Chinese cooking.

PRIVATE DINING

Hutong has two beautiful rooms for private dining both with floor to ceiling windows, hand carved wooden doors and red lanterns. The Shanghai private dining room can seat up to 18 over two tables and the Beijing private dining room can seat up to 26 over two tables.

Both Hutong private dining rooms are able to accommodate standing drinks receptions, the Shanghai room can accommodate up to 40 guests and the Beijing room up to 50 guests.
